In the event of project cancellation by the client after work has commenced, Edited By Saint reserves the right to charge for the work completed up to that point. No refunds will be provided for work already completed.

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including raw footage, instructions, and relevant project details, in a timely manner. Delays in client-provided materials may impact project timelines.

Edited By Saint agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's consent.

8. Copyright and Usage

​

Depending on the type of video, upon full payment, the client may own the rights to the edited video for the agreed-upon purpose. Edited By Saint retains the right to showcase the edited work in portfolios and promotional materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Edited By Saint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, UK, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
